Opus Bay Batam (100-hectare integrated township) opens its initial phases in 2H2026. Perth has been self-managed since July 2024 with active AEI ongoing. A new Singapore serviced apartment asset (Fraser Residence) was acquired in July 2024. The company is simultaneously managing 3+ hospitality assets across 3 countries — each at a different systems maturity stage — creating a clear and time-sensitive demand for technology, advisory, and operational solutions.
