REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the digital, informational, and highly customized nature of B2B prospect intelligence dossiers, all sales are final once the data has been delivered.

1. Nature of Digital Goods
Because our dossiers consist of instantly downloadable or emailed research data that cannot be "returned" or text-extracted back out of a buyer's possession, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits once delivery has occurred.

2. Exceptions & Replacements
We pride ourselves on data quality. While we do not offer cash refunds, we will gladly offer data replacements or corrections under the following narrow circumstances:
- Severe Data Inaccuracy: If you can demonstrate that a significant portion (greater than 20%) of the contact vectors or professional records in a custom dossier were entirely outdated or invalid at the exact time of delivery, we will re-verify the targets and provide an updated dossier free of charge.
- Delivery Failure: If a technical glitch prevents your dossier from being generated or delivered, and we cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days of your purchase, a full refund will be issued.

3. How to Request an Audit
If you believe your delivered dossier contains systemic inaccuracies as outlined above, please submit a request to frederic@salesignals.ai within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include your order number and specific details regarding the invalid records so our team can perform a data audit.
