1. Scope of Service
salesignals Pte Ltd provides bespoke and pre-compiled business-to-business (B2B) prospect intelligence dossiers. These dossiers are compiled utilizing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) methodologies, pulling strictly from publicly available records, professional networks, corporate websites, and public directories.

2. No Guarantee of Conversion or Sales Outcomes
Our dossiers are tools intended to support your sales outreach. We provide information "as is" based on public availability at the time of research. We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or evergreen nature of the data, nor do we guarantee any specific sales conversions, responses, or business revenue resulting from the use of our dossiers.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions
* Internal Business Use: Purchased dossiers are licensed exclusively to you or your organization for internal sales and marketing intelligence purposes.
* Prohibited Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly publish any portion of the intelligence dossiers provided.
* Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the provided data in full compliance with all applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to anti-spam regulations (e.g., Singapore's Spam Control Act, US CAN-SPAM Act, etc.) and data privacy regulations.

4. Intellectual Property
The structural format, proprietary synthesis, analysis methods, and unique curation of the dossiers remain the intellectual property of salesignals Pte Ltd. The purchase of a dossier grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the compiled data for internal business development, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying IP or compilation formats.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, salesignals Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the dossiers, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or outreach friction (e.g., getting blocked by a prospect). In all circumstances, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific dossier in question.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
