SunCon's tender book is now roughly 80% linked to hyperscale data-centre construction (RM17.5 billion), executed concurrently across multiple sites (Johor, Bandar Serendah, Selangor) on tight, cost-plus-priced schedules. This points to a clear opportunity for solutions that improve multi-site project visibility, BIM/VDC collaboration at scale, MEP/subcontractor coordination, receivables and cash-cycle tracking, and safety/ESG compliance reporting as headcount and concurrent project count both scale rapidly.
